Mountain West Announces Balance of Football National Television Package
COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Mountain West today released the remainder of its football national television package for the 2015 season. The additional 33 games will be available on CBS Sports Network and ESPN exclusively on Saturdays. Between the two television networks, 44 football games thus far will be aired this coming season on various platforms. Earlier this month, the MW announced an 11-game Friday package on CBS Sports Network and ESPN.
The 2015 season will be CBS Sports Network's 10th season as the primary rights holder of Mountain West football. This fall also marks the MW's third year back on the ESPN networks.
ESPN's selections for the first three weeks of the season are anticipated by mid-June. Kick times and specific outlets for the remaining ESPN games will be determined during the course of the regular season (generally a 12-day window).
Additional broadcasts by ROOT SPORTS and the Mountain West Network powered by Campus Insiders will be announced in the coming weeks.
