CRESWELL, Ore. – The 2024 Mountain West Men’s Golf Championship will be played at Emerald Valley Golf Club (par-72, 7,210 yards) in Creswell, Oregon, from Friday, April 26, to Sunday, April 28.

All 11 Mountain West teams will participate in the 54-hole championship, which will see the squads play 18 holes each day, with tee times beginning at 7:30 a.m. PT on Friday and at 8 a.m. on Saturday and Sunday.

Entering the championship, six MW programs are ranked in the top 100 nationally. New Mexico paces the Conference at No. 20, followed by San Diego State at No. 32. Fresno State is No. 51, UNLV is No. 52, San José State is No. 58 and Colorado State is No. 69.

Individually, six MW golfers rank inside the top 100 nationally. New Mexico’s Bastien Amat is No. 23, followed by Nevada’s Enrique Dimayuga, who has won three straight tournaments entering this weekend’s MW championship, at No. 45. San Diego State’s Justin Hastings is ranked No. 68, UNLV’s Yuki Moriyama is No. 83, SDSU’s Tyler Kowack is No. 84 and UNLV’s Caden Fioroni is No. 87.

San Diego State is the two-time defending team champion and has won five titles overall. New Mexico has won a league-record eight titles, with the last one coming in 2021.

Colorado State’s Christoph Bleier is the top returning individual finisher from last season. Bleier finished regulation play atop the field at 19-under-par 197 but fell in a playoff to SDSU’s Dylan Oyama for medalist honors.

Emerald Valley is hosting the MW Men’s Golf Championship for the first time. The event has been held in Oregon six times previously, as it took place at the Crosswater Club in Sunriver, Oregon, from 2001-06.

Group 2: 8:10-8:42 a.m. – Fresno State, UNLV
Group 3: 8:50-9:22 a.m. – San José State, Colorado State
Group 4: 9:30-10:02 a.m. – Nevada, Wyoming
Group 5: 10:10-10:50 a.m. – Utah State, Boise State, Air Force

For rounds two and three, team groups will be set by result.

HOW TO WATCH
All three rounds will be streamed live on GolfKast via GKLive.TV. GKLive will livestream each day of the tournament, from the tee-off of the first group through the completion of the final group, providing coverage with 20 cameras on select holes. Hole 18 will include live play-by-play each day from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. PT. Jesse Kurtz of the Mountain West Network and Golfweek writer Lance Ringler will be on the call.
