Conference Play: MW action continues this week with three series - Air Force at San José State, San Diego State at New Mexico and Nevada at UNLV. San Diego State and Nevada are currently tied for first place in the standings at 3-0.

Coming Back for More: A pair of seniors made the decision to forego MLB contracts after the 2014 Draft and finish out their college careers. Returning for one more go-around are Nevada first baseman Austin Byler (9th round) and Fresno State pitcher Garrett Mundell (18th round).

Beating the Top 10: Nevada earned its first win against a Top 10 team in over a decade on Tuesday, February 17, when the Wolf Pack stopped No. 5 Texas Tech 8-4 in Lubbock. The last Top 10 win was on April 21, 2003 against top-ranked Rice 6-5 in Houston.
