Mountain West Women's Volleyball Weekly Release
Colorado State won the 2015 Mountain West Women's Volleyball championship title outright on Wednesday, November 18, with a 3-1 victory at UNLV. The Rams' win streak has extended to 18 and they remain undefeated in Mountain West action at 17-0. Colorado State has won the seven consecutive Mountain West regular season titles, the only school in the nation to accomplish the feat.
Colorado State extended its time in the AVCA Top 25 Poll to 43 consecutive weeks, moving up one spot to No. 12 this week. With the 2015 MW title wrapped up, the Rams will be making their 21st consecutive appearance in the NCAA Tournament.
Boise State is currently ranked No. 1 in the nation in assists per set (14.50) and kills per set (15.49). Broncos' setter Sarah Baugh ranks No. 3 in the country with 12.11 assists per set, while sophomore outside hitter Sierra Nobley ranks 10th in kills per set (4.65).
