Coaching Milestones Up Ahead: Colorado State head coach Ryun Williams and Nevada head coach Jane Albright have a few coaching milestones coming up this season. Williams is two wins away from his 300th overall, while Albright is 10 shy from No. 500 overall and eight from her 100th with the Wolf Pack. When Williams reaches No. 300, it will bring the number of Mountain West head coaches with 300 or more career wins to five – Boise State’s Gordy Presnell - 555; UNLV’s Kathy Olivier - 320; and Utah State’s Jerry Finkbeiner - 509.

Top Spartan: San José State senior guard Ta‘Rea Cunnigan is on pace to set the Spartans’ career scoring record this season, not just for the women’s program but will pass the men’s mark as well. Cunnigan has 1,629 career points. She is 131 shy from reaching the women’s mark (1,760 by Karen Mason, 1978-81) and 138 from the men’s (1,767 by Ricky Berry, 1986-88).

Nevada ‘When I Grow Up’ Game: The Nevada Wolf Pack will host its annual ‘When I Grow Up’ game on Wednesday, December 10 at 11 a.m. PT. The team pairs up with the local school districts to bring elementary school children to campus for a game.

WBCA Allstate Good Works Team: Julia Shelbourn of Nevada and Antiesha Brown of New Mexico are among the 93 nominees for the the 2015 Allstate® WBCA Good Works Team. Shelbourn, a junior, serves as the Nevada Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) president and actively participates in community services efforts around Reno. Brown, a senior, volunteers her time with several community projects around Albuquerque including visiting the UNM Children’s Hospital and working with the Notah Begay Foundation to reduce child obesity and improve the health of Native American children.

All-Tournament Honors: Air Force’s Jimi Blagowsky was named to the Air Force Classic All-Tournament team for her two-game performance against Southern Utah and Santa Clara.

Sheedy Reaching for 1,000: Fresno State senior Alex Sheedy is closing in on her 1,000th career point. She currently has 968 points after scoring 13 in the Bulldogs last game at George Washington on December 6.

Mileto Sets Wyoming 3-Point Record: Wyoming senior Kaitlyn Mileto became the all-time three-point shooter for the Cowgirls on December 6 against Montana State. Mileto currently has 216 career three-point field goals, passing former Cowgirl Shelby Hoffman (215; 1998-2001).

Scoring Record Set: San José State scored a Mountain West record 119 points in the Spartans home opener against Columbia on November 16. The previous mark was 110 by Colorado State against Stony Brook on December 28, 2002. SJSU supplemented the point total with a Mountain West record 42 free throws made in a game, six more than the old record of 37 by Wyoming on March 28, 2007 and TCU on March 4, 2006.

Moe Records Triple-Double: Nevada junior guard T Moe recorded the first triple-double of the season in the league with 19 points, 12 rebounds and 11 assists against UC Santa Barbara on November 14. Her rebound and assist marks were single-game career-highs.
