COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – A total of 19 Mountain West student-athletes were drafted in 2015 by Major League Baseball teams, led by Fresno State’s Taylor Ward. Ward, a junior, was selected 26th overall by the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim in the First Round of the 2015 MLB First-Year Player Draft on Monday, June 8.

Underclassmen have until July 17 to sign with their teams or return to their university for an additional season of competition.
