During the championship round, Bush tallied a total of 290.05 points; the score put her in fifth place.
"Just getting to the finals round is tough and I'm extremely proud of how the girls and Aubrey did," said diving coach Abel Sanchez. "We just have to go to a few more of these meets and she'll be ready for both conference and NCAA Zones."
Timm was one spot above her in fifth with a score of 297.15; the diver who came up huge for New Mexico was Harper. The native of The Grand Canyon State finished in second place with a score of 305.40.
"Overall the girls did well," said Sanchez. "They all made finals and that was great, some of the best divers in the Southwest are at this meet and it's a good showing for the Lady Lobos."
Competition resumes tomorrow with the 1-meter springboard event which takes off at noon MT.
