Track & Field Heads To Pacific Northwest

FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State women's indoor track and field team is heading north to Washington for a weekend filled with competition beginning Friday in Seattle.
The 'Dogs will compete in a two-day event, the Husky Indoor Classic, on Friday and Saturday before heading to the UW Indoor Open on Sunday.
Both events are held at the Dempsey Indoor facility on the University of Washington campus and will host some of the best collegiate athletes across the country.
The meet will start with both the weight throw as well as the 200-meter dash beginning at 4 p.m. on Friday. Saturday's events will begin bright and early at 8 a.m. with the 3000-meter run.
The UW Indoor Open is open to all athletes and teams wishing to compete and is a one-day event beginning at 9 a.m. on Sunday and concludes approximately at 5 p.m.
Following this weekends events the 'Dogs will host Run For the Dream at the Save Mart Center on Sunday, Feb. 17.
