2012 USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Teams Announced

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Five Mountain West cross country teams have been honored by the United States Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) for their academic success during the 2012 season.

Colorado State (3.301) and Wyoming (3.385) were among the 145 Division I men's cross country teams to receive All-Academic honors. On the women's side, Colorado State (3.387), Nevada (3.568) and Wyoming (3.292) were among 200 programs to earn All-Academic status.

To qualify as a USTFCCCA All-Academic Cross Country Team, the team must have had a cumulative team GPA of 3.00 or better and have started at least five runners at their respective NCAA regional championship.
