Aztec Baseball Announces Summer Camp Sessions

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - The San Diego State baseball program has announced the dates for its 2021 Summer High School Prospect Camp as well as two sessions of its popular 2011 Summer Youth Skills Camp plus a Junior High All Skills and Games Camp. Each camp offers elite, professional instruction provided by the Aztec coaching staff and players along with local area coaches. All instruction will take place at Tony Gwynn Stadium on the SDSU campus.

The 2012 High School Prospect Camp is for prep players aged 13-18 and will be conducted July 20-22 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The development of both offensive and defensive baseball skills as well as specialized instruction by position is part of the curriculum. Cost of this camp is $300.

The 2012 Youth All Skills Camp, open to all players between the ages of 6 and 12, offers the opportunity to receive offensive and defensive skill work, pitching skill work and base running along with games to help supplement the day's instruction. A pair of three-day sessions are available (July 9-11 and July 30-Aug. 1) with instruction going from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The cost for each session is $250.

The 2012 Junior High All Skills and Games Camp, designed for players entering the sixth through eighth grade in the fall, offers two days of instruction (July 17-18) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. each day. The coat for this camp is $200.
