SDSU to Face Boise State in MW Quarterfinals

No. 21/23 San Diego State will face Boise State in the quarterfinals of the Conoco Mountain West Championship in Las Vegas on Thursday. The top-seeded Aztecs and eighth-seeded Broncos will hit the hardwood at noon PT inside Thomas & Mack Center.

The quarterfinal-round game will be televised in high definition on The Mtn. and will be simulcast in San Diego on Channel 4 San Diego.

Should the two-time defending MW tournament champions get past Boise State, the Aztecs will play the winner of the 4-5 match-up between Colorado State and TCU at 6 p.m. PT on Friday. The semifinal will be aired on CBS Sports Network HD and Channel 4 San Diego. The final is set for Saturday at 4 p.m. PT on NBC Sports Network HD.

Fans will be able to listen to every Aztec game on KOGO 95.7 FM and AM 600 with Ted Leitner calling the action.

San Diego State clinched the tournament's No. 1 seed when it won in overtime at TCU on Saturday. With the victory, the Aztecs also secured their second straight MW regular-season title. SDSU enters the tournament having won the last two regular-season crowns and the last two tournament championships.
