The San Diego Christian-SDSU contest on Sunday, Nov. 11, is set for a 7:30 p.m. PT start. The match-up vs. Arkansas-Pine Bluff on Wednesday, Nov. 21, meanwhile, will also tip at 7:30 p.m. PT. Lastly, the PLNU game on Tuesday, Dec. 18, is slated for 7 p.m. PT.
"There's so much excitement about the upcoming season," said Henry Ford, Senior Vice President and General Manager, FOX Sports San Diego. "Adding these games offers Aztec fans, students and alumni the opportunity to see even more televised games."
With the addition of these three games, 29 of the Aztecs' 30 regular-season games will appear on television. The lone exception is the Mountain West-Missouri Valley Challenge game at Missouri State on Saturday, Nov. 17. Locally on FSSD, fans will be able to see five SDSU games this season. Including the aforementioned trio, FOX Sports San Diego will also air the Battle on the Midway vs. Syracuse and the Aztecs' road game at USC.
FOX Sports San Diego's five telecasts this season will give viewers a preview of what's to come next season, when FOX Sports San Diego becomes the new TV home of Aztec basketball.
"We are excited that FOX Sports San Diego has selected three additional games to produce and will show five San Diego State men's basketball games this season," said Jim Sterk, Director of Athletics, San Diego State University. "With a long-term agreement in place with the Big West Conference beginning next season, FOX Sports SD has helped ensure that San Diego State fans will have unprecedented coverage of Aztec Basketball for years to come."
These games and all of FOX Sports San Diego's live programming can be seen locally on Cox channels 56 and 1056, DIRECTV channels 694 and 694-1, and AT&T U-Verse channel 776 and 1776-HD.
