Three More UNLV Games Picked Up By ESPN Networks

LAS VEGAS (UNLVRebels.com) - The Mountain West released the remaining 15 football games set for coverage on ESPN networks on Thursday and three of them included UNLV.
Kickoff times and information on exactly which channel will carry those games will be determined during the course of the season, generally using ESPN's standard 12-day window.
The three Rebel Saturday games that will appear on either ABC, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU or ESPN3 this season are the Battle for the Fremont Cannon at Nevada, Reno on Oct. 6; Utah State at UNLV on Nov. 9; and the regular-season finale on Nov. 30 that brings San Diego State to Sam Boyd Stadium. The Rebels' game at Air Force on Nov. 21 was previously announced as a Thursday matchup on ESPNU.
Today's announcement is another under a new agreement with ESPN as the second Mountain West national television rights holder for Conference-controlled football games.
UNLV's season-opening game at Minnesota on Aug. 29 will be appear on Big Ten Network while the matchup with Arizona on Sept. 7 will be shown by CBS Sports Network. Kickoff times and television information for the Rebels' other six games will be released during the coming weeks.
