Boise State redshirt sophomore Matt Miller and San Diego State junior Colin Lockett are among 48 football student-athletes selected to the Watch List for the 2012 Biletnikoff Award, which recognizes the top wide receiver in college football, the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation announced on Tuesday.

A product of Helena, Mont., Miller recorded 62 receptions for 679 yards and nine touchdowns last season. In 13 games for the Broncos in 2011, Miller tallied 52.2 receiving yards per game and 11.0 yards per catch.

A native of Diamond Bar, Calif., Lockett led San Diego State in receptions (58), receiving yards (970) and touchdown receptions (8) in 2011. In 13 games for the Aztecs last season, Lockett notched 74.6 receiving yards per contest, including a team-high 16.7 yards per catch.

The winner of the Biletnikoff Award will be announced on Dec. 6. The award will be officially presented to the winner at the annual Biletnikoff Award Presentation Banquet, hosted by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club, on Feb. 9, 2013.

The award is named for Fred Biletnikoff, the Florida State University All-America receiver and a Pro-Football Hall of Famer. The award has been given out for the past 17 years. Oklahoma State's Justin Blackmon earned the honor in 2011.
