Start Your November by Talking to Coach Davie

Nov. 1, 2012

Who would've thought before the college football season that the University of New Mexico football team would have a chance to even its record by winning the first game of November?

Saturday, the Lobos have a chance to win their fifth game of the season - the most wins they would have since the 2007 season - when they travel to face UNLV. And tonight is your chance to find out directly from head coach Bob Davie what UNM needs to do leave Vegas a winner.

A special Thursday edition of "Lobo Talk" with Coach Davie and Lobo play-by-play announcer takes place tonight live at 7 p.m. from Kelly's Brew Pub in the Nob Hill Shopping Center. He wants to call in to the show on the Lobo Radio Network (770 KKOB-AM in Albuquerque) with questions, comments and opinions from 7-8 p.m. at 866-350-4309. You can also send questions to lobomail@unm.edu, or you can write your questions to UNM's Facebook page (http://www.facebook.com/NewMexicoLobos).

Better yet, come down to Kelly's at 3222 Central Ave. SE and ask your question in person. You can enter drawings for prizes between segments of the show.

And more importantly, you can find out the inside scoop from Coach Davie himself as the Lobos gear up for their stretch run of the season.
