COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Chaundra Sewell recorded her league-leading fifth double-double of the season and Taylor Thompson scored a career-high 23 points as Wyoming and Fresno State picked up key non-conference wins in Mountain West women's basketball action on Thursday night. Sewell's Cowgirls beat South Dakota Mines, 87-38, while Thompson's Bulldogs stopped CSU Bakersfield, 77-68.
