The San Diego State women's basketball team closes out its two-game road swing on Wednesday when heads to the Silver State to face UNLV in a Mountain West clash, starting at 7 p.m. PT.

-SDSU Head Coach Beth Burns: Burns (Ohio Wesleyan, 1979) is in the eighth year of her second stint as head coach at San Diego State. She led the Aztecs for eight seasons from 1989 to 1997, before returning in 2005. She has an overall head coaching record of 359-249 in 21 seasons, and she is 278-184 in her 16 campaigns at SDSU.
-UNLV Head Coach Kathy Olivier: Olivier (UNLV, 1982) is in her fifth season at the helm of her alma mater and sports a 65-77 record at the school. She has compiled a 297-285 overall mark in 21 seasons as a head coach.
-Series History: The Aztecs have captured 10 of the last 11 meetings against the Lady Rebels, including four straight, to grab a 23-22 lead in the all-time series. SDSU came away with a 66-62 overtime victory in its last regular-season visit to Las Vegas on Jan. 14, 2012.
-Up Next: SDSU opens up a two-game homestand on Saturday, Jan. 19, when it entertains Wyoming at Viejas Arena, starting at 2 p.m. PT. The Aztecs will then play host to Nevada on Wednesday, Jan. 23, beginning at 7 p.m. PT.
