The University of Nevada women’s basketball team (6-11, 1-3 MW) will travel to Boise, Idaho for a matchup against Boise State (9-8, 2-2) Saturday 1 p.m. at Taco Bell Arena.

Boise State leads the overall series with Nevada 30-14.The Wolf Pack has won the last three meetings between the two schools, with the last victory taking place in a 74-57 road win during the 2010-11 season. The Broncos are led by senior forward Lauren Lenhardt’s 15.2 ppg and 7.3 apg. Boise State is coming off of a 70-57 loss at Fresno State Wednesday night.

“I believe our team will be energized and ready to compete against Boise State following the battle we had on the road in San Diego Wednesday night,” head coach Jane Albright said. “We have a lot of respect for Gordy and his coaching staff. Lauren Lenhardt is one of the best post players in our league and Brandi Henton is a great addition to their team. I feel like we have been building momentum lately and I look for us to come out ready to go Saturday afternoon.”
