#AztecWBB to Battle UNLV at Home Sunday

SAN DIEGO - Winners of nine in a row, the SDSU women's basketball team looks to build on its momentum in front of a national television audience on Sunday when it plays host to UNLV at Viejas Arena. The Mountain West clash will be aired live on CBS Sports Network with a 1 p.m. PT opening tip.
Sunday's clash against the Lady Rebels is the second "Play 4Kay" game that the Aztecs will hold this week to promote breast cancer awareness. The first 250 fans in attendance will receive a free pink Aztec Basketball Play 4Kay t-shirt.

Television: The game will be televised live on CBS Sports Network with James Bates (play-by-play) and Tammy Blackburn (analysis) calling the action.

-SDSU Head Coach Beth Burns: Burns (Ohio Wesleyan, 1979) is in the eighth year of her second stint as head coach at San Diego State. She led the Aztecs for eight seasons from 1989 to 1997, before returning in 2005. She has an overall head coaching record of 367-249 in 21 seasons, and she is 286-184 in her 16 campaigns at SDSU.
-UNLV Head Coach Kathy Olivier: Olivier (UNLV, 1982) is in her fifth season at the helm of her alma mater and sports a 70-80 record at the school. She has compiled a 302-288 overall mark in 21 seasons as a head coach.
-Series History: The Aztecs have won the last five meetings, including a 74-60 triumph in Las Vegas on Jan. 16, to take a 24-22 lead in the all-time series.
