COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - San Diego State clinched a share of the 2012-13 Mountain West Women's Basketball title on Wednesday night with a 72-44 win over New Mexico. In other action, Boise State defeated Nevada, 80-62, Wyoming stopped Air Force, 88-63, and Fresno State beat Colorado State, 49-42.

Feb. 27, 2013 - It was a solid team effort by Boise State as the Broncos snapped a seven game losing streak with an impressive 80-62 win on the road at Nevada in a Mountain West women's basketball game in the Lawlor Events Center at Reno. Four Broncos recorded double figure points led by senior Lauren Lenhardt with her eighth game with 20-plus points with 20 against the Wolf Pack. Boise State took control early rolling off a 12-0 run take a 12-2 lead four minutes into the game. Nevada never recovered as the Broncos stretched the lead to a game-high 20 points six times in the second period as they improved to 11-15 overall and 4-9 in league play. [READ MORE]

Feb. 27, 2013 - Behind senior Courtney Clements' (Long Beach, Calif.) career-high tying 29 points, the San Diego State women's basketball team clinched a share of the Mountain West title on Wednesday with a 72-44 conquest of visiting New Mexico at Viejas Arena. With the victory, the Aztecs extended their winning streak to 13 games, improving to 22-5 overall and 13-1 in conference action, while the Lobos drop to 14-12 on the season and 6-7 in the MW.
