Opening Tip
The No. 2 seed Fresno State women's basketball team is set to face top-seeded San Diego State in the title game of the 2013 Reese's Mountain West Basketball Championship on Saturday. The game is set to tip-off at 7 p.m. and will be televised live on the CBS Sports Network.

Fresno State reached the championship game by defeating No. 3 seed Wyoming 63-62 in the semifinals on Friday. Bulldog junior guard Ki-Ki Moore hit a bucket with 2.5 seconds remainng to win it for Fresno State.

The Bulldogs are going for their fifth conference tournament championship in the last six seasons. Fresno State has also reached the NCAA Tournament five years in a row.

Fresno State and San Diego State split the two games in the regular season - each team winning on the road. The Bulldogs won 80-72 at SDSU in the first conference game of the season back on Jan. 9 in San Diego.

Since then, the Aztecs have won 17-straight games, including a pair of 18-point wins in the first two rounds of the tournament. SDSU defeated Fresno State 74-49 on Feb. 9 in Fresno.

Both the Bulldogs and Aztecs had big leads in their wins. Fresno State led SDSU by as many as 20 five minutes into the second half of its win in Viejas Arena. Then San Diego State led by as many as 30 in their win over the 'Dogs in Fresno.

Fresno State shot 44 percent and hit nine three's in its win over SDSU. In the loss, the Bulldogs shot 32 percent, had 13 turnovers and allowed the Aztecs to shoot 51.7 percent.

Bulldog Headlines
► SDSU leads the all-time series with the Bulldogs 25-12, but Fresno State has won five of the last seven games in the series.

►This will be the sixth-straight year that the Bulldogs have reached the championship game of their conference tournament. Fresno State won four of its last five title games at the conference tournament.

► The Bulldogs have forced 50 turnovers and recorded 31 steals in their first two games of the MW Championships. The 31 steals have already tied the tournament record from a single team.

► 121 of the 135 (89.6 percent) points that Fresno State has scored in the MW Championships have come from its starting five of Bree Farley, Alex Sheedy, Ki-Ki Moore, Rosie Moult and Taylor Thompson.

► The Bulldogs have only shot 36.9 percent in their two tournament games, but have lived off their defense. Fresno State has forced 50 turnovers in the two games and have 31 steals - tying the MW Championship record.

► Fresno State's 408 steals this year have set a new Mountain West record. The Bulldogs rank third nationally with 13.2 steals per game.

► Fresno State has won six-straight and 13 out of its last 15 games. Its six-game winning streak is its longest of the season.

► Head coach Raegan Pebley needs one more win to tie Adrian Wiggins for the most wins from a first-year coach in Bulldog history.

► The Bulldogs have now won 15 out of their last 16 conference tournament games going back to 2008.

► Fresno State is tied for 20th in the NCAA with 7.3 made 3-pointers per game. The 'Dogs are just 10-for-43 (.233) from 3-point land in the tournament.
