COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Wyoming's 72-50 win highlighted the Mountain West women's basketball schedule on Saturday. The win was head coach Joe Legerski's 176th with the Cowgirls, making him the winningest coach in UW women's basketball. Wyoming remains the only undefeated MW women's basketball team at 4-0.

Mileto's Career Night Leads Cowgirls To 72-50 Win Over Pepperdine
Nov. 24, 2012 - The Wyoming Cowgirl basketball team (4-0 overall) brought home the 2012 Pepperdine Thanksgiving Title with a 22-point win, 72-50, over the Pepperdine Waves (2-3 overall) on Saturday, in Malibu. With the victory, head coach Joe Legerski becomes the all-time winningest coach with 176 career wins. He passes former head coach Chad Lavin who had 175 victories. Sophomore Chelan Landry was named the MVP of the tournament while Chaundra Sewell was selected to the All-Tournament Team. [READ MORE]

UNLV Suffers Overtime Setback
Nov. 24, 2012 - UNLV ended the second half on an 8-0 run to force overtime, but ran out of gas in the extra period in a 69-65 loss to Montana in the first game of the Lady Rebel Round-Up on Saturday afternoon in the Cox Pavilion. The Lady Rebels (2-3) will now play in the consolation game of the tournament on Sunday at 1 pm against Bowling Green, while Montana (3-1) will play in the championship game at 3:30 pm against Villanova. Bronco Women Fall 75-61 at San Francisco
Nov. 24, 2012 - Boise State came up short on the road Saturday afternoon as the Broncos lost to the San Francisco Dons 75-61 in War Memorial Gym at San Francisco. Boise State opened slow falling behind 25-5 before rallying to within five points early in the second half. But the Broncos could get no closer as they fell to 3-2 on the year with the loss. Nevada Falls In Nugget Classic Championship
Nov. 24, 2012 - The University of Nevada women's basketball team fell 73-61 to Toledo in the championship game of the annual John Ascuaga's Nugget Classic. With the loss, Nevada drops to (3-2, 0-0 MW) on the season while Toledo improves to (4-1, 0-0 MAC). [READ MORE]
