COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Fresno State soccer team fell 3-2 in overtime to the No. 25/16 Santa Clara Broncos Thursday night in Buck Shaw Stadium.  Sophomore Katie DeVault seta n ew school record with 13 saves in a single match.

'Dogs Topped By No. 25/16 Broncos in Overtime
FRESNO, Calif. - The Fresno State soccer team fell 3-2 in overtime to the No. 25/16 Santa Clara Broncos Thursday night in Buck Shaw Stadium. The Bulldogs jumped out to a lead in the first half with a goal from Morgan Castain in the 36th minute for her second goal of the season. Despite being out shot 17 to three, the Bulldogs entered half time with the 1-0 lead. Goalkeeper Katie DeVault recorded seven saves in the first half. In the second half the 'Dogs defense held strong until the 75th minute when the Broncos were able to tie the score at 1-1 with a goal by Lauren Matheson. [READ MORE]
