STOCKTON, Calif. -- For the second day in a row, rain prevented the CSU softball team from playing after wet conditions in Davis, Calif., forced the cancellation of CSU's scheduled game against UC Davis on Tuesday. The Rams were scheduled to face Pacific at 2 p.m. MT, followed immediately by a matchup with Butler on Wednesday.

The game against Pacific has been postponed and is set to begin at 3:30 p.m. MT on Thursday, weather permitting. Due to Butler's travel schedule, the matchup with the Bulldogs has been cancelled.

CSU will finish up its California road trip this weekend as they head to Sacramento to face No. 14/15 Louisville and Sacramento State on Friday in the Capital Classic Softball Tournament. The Rams will face Princeton and Akron on Saturday and Sunday, respectively.
