Tennis recap: Rebels defeat Rams, 7-0

SAN DIEGO, Calif. - In the final match in a back-to-back weekend of conference play, the Colorado State Rams were defeated, 7-0, by UNLV.

Starting the day in doubles, the Rams fell short as they were defeated in the Nos. 1, 2, and 3 positions.

Maintaining their momentum over the Rams, the Rebels went on to top Colorado State in all six singles positions.

The closest match for CSU was Natalie Heffron at the No. 2 position, falling in a close 7-5, 6-1 match.

The Rams will return home April 1 in an anticipated good match against Bosie State for Colorado State's first outdoor match of the season.
