Wells Fargo to host student BBQ before CSU volleyball season opener

FORT COLLINS, Colo. – Colorado State’s student fan base will kick off the 2012 volleyball season in high fashion Friday, thanks to Wells Fargo which will host a student BBQ prior to the Rams’ season opener against Virginia.

The event will take place beginning at 5:30 p.m. outside of the newly-renovated north concourse of Moby Arena. Wells Fargo will provide the first 500 students in attendance with free pizza and CSU Russell drawstring bags. Additionally, Wells Fargo will hold a drawing for club seats to a Broncos game during the 2012 season. Noodles & Co., Corner Bakery Café and Max Muscle will also be at the event giving away prizes and food samples.

CSU beings its 2012 volleyball season at 7 p.m. against the Cavaliers. The match is part of the Rams Volleyball Rocky Mountain Invite, which runs through Saturday and also features Denver and Rhode Island. Students get into all volleyball matches free with their student IDs.

Doors to Moby Arena, which consistently produces crowds that rank amongst the best in the nation, will open at 6 p.m.
